1. Service description

ReturnRadar is an online travel coordination and itinerary guidance platform. We provide route research, group organization support, and booking assistance for travelers affected by flight disruptions.

We are not an airline, carrier, travel agency, or transportation operator.

2. Third-party services

Any travel or booking decisions are made by the customer. Availability, pricing, delays, cancellations, and service quality are controlled by third-party providers.

3. Payments

Payments are collected for coordination, research, and assistance services.

4. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase only if coordination work has not started. Once research/coordination has begun, fees are non-refundable.

5. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party changes, border restrictions, safety/security conditions, or government decisions.
